Choosing a massage provider is important. You want someone who is knowledgeable, caring, and accessible. You also want a provider who is certified and can provide you the proper care, whether that is medical massage or therapeutic massage. Within my practice of  Integrated Medical Massage, as your practitioner I am nationally licensed and certified.

In my practice, I pride myself on client service. I am educated, offer safe and proven procedures, and the latest techniques in massage. Within this website you will find specific information on my practice along with general wellness information. This information is provided to both new clients and my existing clients to help answer any questions you may have; however if you have a question which isn't answered here please email me. In my wellness massage practice, I help clients relax, manage stress, maintain their health, and improve their body awareness using a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including:

Medical Massage

In my medical massage practice, I help patients in their recovery from injuries sustained in auto accidents, on the job or playing sports. I also do other medically prescribed massage, using a variety of clinical and orthopedic massage techniques, including:

  • Swedish massage
  • deep tissue massage
  • myofascial release and other myofascial treatments
  • neuromuscular (“point of pain”) technique (NMT)
  • muscle energy technique (MET)
  • myoskeletal alignment technique (MAT)
  • hydrotherapy

    I am a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Training Institute (a 600 hour professional licensing program), a student at Blue Heron Academy studying national licensing in Advanced Medical Massage (a rigorous 1200 hour advanced medical massage therapist licensing program), a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), a member of the American Medical Massage Association (AMMA),  nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Over the past two years, I have completed over 600 hours of massage protocol, and I study bodywork and anatomy and physiology on my own every day.
